SESSION DESCRIPTIONS

MUSCLE – A total body strength-focused workout that utilizes barbells, kettlebells and free weights to maximize lean muscle growth.
METCON – A calorie-blasting workout that combines high intensity interval training with speed, agility and quickness conditioning.
MIX – A Bootcamp-style workout that incorporates cardiovascular work, muscle conditioning, flexibility and balance.
