Lindsay has been a personal trainer for 10+ years, specializing in group fitness and pre/postnatal fitness. She started MoveMore Fitness out of her basement with 4 clients and continues to be amazed at the way God has grown the business. Lindsay is married with three children, Henry, Porter and Clara (who she homeschools). In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, baking sweets and anything outdoors.

Any type of conditioning workout, running (long distance) and never quitting.

Biggest Fitness accomplishment?
Working out during all three of my pregnancies and improving my fitness after each one. I didn’t give up on myself. I think that’s my biggest accomplishment – never giving up.
