I am a homeschooling mama to three littles, Henry, Clara, and Porter, and wife to my best friend, Travis. My family is the driving force behind starting MoveMore Fitness. Eight years ago, I wanted to pursue my passion for helping others, while keeping my family by my side. MoveMore started out with training clients in the basement of my home and has grown to a full 7,000 square-foot facility with a full schedule, 8 coaches, and 3 personal trainers on staff!
Over the past three years, I have overcome a severe eating disorder and exercise compulsion! I have worked HARD to re-establish healthy habits that this mental health disorder robbed me of Having gained 50 pounds in the past year, I can now empathize with many of my clients who might feel uncomfortable in their own skin. I am healthy, able, and STRONG. I want to encourage my clients that they can be that too AND embrace all that life has to offer.
I work hard to help clients realize their goals. That’s why I love coaching – Seeing clients achieve something they didn’t think was possible, and that look of pride on their faces that comes after. I believe MoveMore Fitness has a “feeling” that’s indescribable – supportive, nonjudgmental, energetic, and covered in God’s goodness and grace!
